The Starter’s Workout Plan, courtesy of @downtownn.
This workout has 4 other levels. This is the beginners level, then it goes to level 1, 2, 3, and 4 - 4 being the last. I did day 1 but I missed days 2,3, and today is day 4 so I’ll be doing workouts 2, 3, & 4 today. That’s 120 JUMPING JACKS + 35 CRUNCHES + 10 SITS-UPS.
I’ll be calculating today’s workout & progress on fitocracy. Hopefully I’ll get enough points to reach level 2 :)
